By creating an account or using Diald you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
1. Eligibility and your account
- You must be at least 13 years old to use Diald.
- You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure.
2. Acceptable use
- Do not post content that is harassing, hateful, threatening, sexually explicit, violent, illegal, or that infringes others' rights.
- Do not spam, impersonate others, scrape the service, or attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to it.
- There is zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behavior. We may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, without notice.
3. Your content
- You own the content you post (goals, sessions, proof photos, comments). You grant Diald a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, and display it within the service so the app can function.
- You are responsible for the content you post and must have the right to share it.
4. Moderation and safety
- You can report any session, comment, or user, and block any user. Blocking is mutual: neither of you will see the other's profile or content.
- We review reports and remove objectionable content, typically within 24 hours of a report.
5. AI features
- Milestone suggestions are generated by an AI model and may be inaccurate. They are suggestions, not advice; review them before relying on them.
6. Disclaimers and liability
- The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Diald is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
7. Termination
- You may stop using Diald or delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
8. Changes
- We may update these terms. If we make material changes, we will update the date above and notify you in the app. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
